We are in the XXII century. The power of the Asian mafias has spread throughout the world turning them into supranational criminal organizations. These organizations have thrived thanks to the advancement of technology and the slowness of international laws. One of these technological advances allows them to camouflage themselves in broad daylight, since the hiding technology filters and redirects sunlight in a way that makes them invisible during the day.

Given these advances, the police of certain megacities has increased night patrols to the detriment of the day, since it is night when the concealment technology can not use sunlight to function. The individuals who belong to the mafias and who use this technology are dangerous criminals, they are the Sun Riders.

Estamos en el siglo XXII. El poder de las mafias asiáticas se ha extendido por el mundo convirtiéndolas en organizaciones criminales supranacionales. Estas organizaciones han prosperado gracias al avance de la tecnología y de la lentitud de las leyes internacionales. Uno de esos avances tecnológicos les permite camuflarse a plena luz del día, ya que la tecnología de ocultación filtra y redirige la luz solar de manera que les hace invisibles durante el día.

Ante estos avances, la policía de ciertas megaciudades ha incrementado el patrullaje nocturno en detrimento del diurno, ya que es de noche cuando la tecnología de ocultación no puede utilizar la luz solar para funcionar. Los individuos que pertenecen a las mafias y que utilizan esta tecnología son criminales peligrosos, son los Sun Riders.
